INSTRUCTIONS: In the fields below, provide a title for the panel and information about each panelist, including paper titles and e-mail contact information. We ask for additional information about Chairs and Discussant, but the FCH can work with panelists to find a Chair and/or Discussant to serve. Let us know if you have any special requests, including audio/visual needs. Panels do not need to provide abstracts for individual papers. This form is for panels with a maximum of three panelists. Contact the FCH host organizer if you would like to create a panel of four or more. If there are any co-authored papers, this can be noted in the "Special Instructions" field at the bottom.
